Finnish cybersecurity and networking specialist Mintly Group has acquired NordHero Oy, an award-winning AWS cloud, data, and AI consulting company based in Jyväskylä. The merger creates Finland’s most comprehensive provider of network, cybersecurity, and cloud services, offering customers a single partner for all their digital infrastructure needs.

NordHero, founded in 2019, holds AWS Advanced Tier Services partnership status and won the Nordic Rising Star AWS Partner Award in 2025. The company will continue operating as an independent subsidiary under its own brand, with offices in Jyväskylä and Helsinki remaining open as usual.

The acquisition complements Mintly’s existing network and cybersecurity expertise with NordHero’s cloud technology, DevOps automation, data platforms, and AI solutions. This follows Mintly’s earlier acquisition of Wesentra Oy, reflecting the group’s strategic commitment to growth through complementary acquisitions.
