The merger combines Mintly’s expertise in network security and managed services with NordHero’s award-winning capabilities in cloud, data, and AI solutions. NordHero will continue operating as an independent subsidiary under its own brand, maintaining its existing offices, services, and customer teams. Together, the companies aim to offer customers a single partner for everything from data network design to cybersecurity, cloud services, and AI solutions. This acquisition follows Mintly’s earlier purchase of Wesentra Oy and reflects the company’s strategic growth through complementary acquisitions. Both CEOs expressed enthusiasm about the partnership’s potential to deliver broader, higher-quality services to customers across Finland and the Nordic region.
